Policies
Shipping: We ship to the US only. Your orders will be delivered using our choice of carriers. Tax: We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping to Pennsylvania. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order. Return policy:
Safes over 100 Pounds:
Can be returned within 7 business days after delivery. Please contact us for an RMA. Customer responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. If safe is damaged during return shipping it will be customers responsibility to handle all damage claims. A 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges to send the safe will be deducted from all return refunds. Safe must be in new condition with all keys, paperwork, boxes and everything else it was originally shipped with and it must be in resellable condition. Remainder of refund will be provided when safe is returned and found to be in new condition.
Inspect all safes before signing for product. If damage is found to packaging, please open packaging and inspect more carefully. If safe arrives damaged it must be refused at time of delivery or we can not accept a return and can not take care of the damaged safe. If safe is found to be damaged at time of delivery, write the damage found on the bill of laden and refuse to take delivery. We will send a replacement safe ASAP free of any additional charges. If you sign for a safe at time of delivery it is yours to keep and we can not accept it back damaged for any reason.
Safes Under 100 Pounds:

If safe is damaged upon inspection, please keep all packaging and contact us for an RMA. We will have the safe picked up and a replacement sent ASAP.
Surveillance Equipment (Cameras, Nanny Cams, CCTV, DVRs, Etc.):
Surveillance equipment may only be returned if damaged upon arrival. Contact us for an RMA. A replacement will be sent in the damaged items place. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and we will pay to ship the replacement back to you. If you find an item is not what you needed, we will consider an exchange.
Other Products:
Products may be returned if we are contacted within 7 Business days for any reason. Please request a RMA ASAP before returning anything. Customer responsible for shipping charges both ways and original shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount. There will be no restocking fee for other products that are not covered in the above sections. If item is damaged we will send a replacement free of any additional charges as soon as the damaged item is returned.
